Data Not Found
If a search fails to execute, normally an error message or an explanation will appear on the top of the screen.
This will normally suggest what action you should take to refine the search criteria.

Wild cards
The "wild card" symbol    %   may be used in conjunction with at least the first three characters of  STREET NAME, LOCALITY, SURNAME, GIVEN NAMES & COMPANY NAME. Selection Menu
If the menu is visible on the left hand side of the screen, you may select any of the options by clicking  on the appropriate text.
If the menu is not visible you may re-display it by using the up arrow at the top right hand side of the screen,  or the scroll bar, or the page up key. Error Reporting
The List has an on-line error reporting facility to enable you, as a user, to alert us as data providers, to errors and omissions. In the first box you are asked to describe what you were trying to achieve in executing the search.
In the second box we ask if you can supply any correction to the data,  if it is in error.

By clicking on the SUBMIT button the form is automatically emailed  to us for investigation and resolution.

The system identifies you as a subscriber, your phone number and your email address, but it will further assists us if  you  would also put a your name and your fax number on the form to enable a direct contact to be made when the problem is resolved.

Please use this facility as it is the most effective method for fixing data errors, lodging  system faults, and assisting in the implementation of enhancements.

Accounts
By selecting the Accounts Section on the left hand side of the screen you either view what charges there has been in the current session or view what charges there has been since your last Invoice.
