a summary of dispatch details relating to the title. To display details
of a particular dispatch select the Packet No. you are interested in

MD31644) and the following screen will be presented :-
This screen will provide
details of the Dispatch Packet No., Dispatch Method, Dispatch Date, who
it was sent to and the date of dispatch.
To display the contents
of the packet select :-
This option will provide details of what properties a person has had an interest in. Computerised records only exist back to 1972.
Select Purchaser's Index. The following screen will be presented :-
The search screen is divided
into two parts depending on what time frame you wish to search, 1992 till
present and 1972 to 1991.
Enter the Surname and given
name for 1992 till present or the surname with the wildcard (%) after it
for 1972 to 1991. You can refine your search by entering a lodgment date.
Select submit inquiry to
perform search :-
The following screen will be presented:-
This screen will display
all properties that the parties have had an interest in. The Status column
will show whether they still have an interest in that property. Dead Registered
(No), Registered (Yes).
