Select Property and Valuation Details. The following screen will be presented :-

To carry out a search  by  Address, you should enter the Screen Number in the first box.  If it is a unit or an A or an RA (Rural Address) number enter only the street number for example.

Unit 4/1 Dalkeith Court, Sandy Bay

should be entered as  1  Dalkeith  Court.

This will present the nearest match to that address on a pick list from which you can select Unit 4.
You should enter the street name in the second box, and the street suffix in the third box.
The suffix may be selected from the drop down list, or simply enter the first letter for example S = Street.(repeating the first letter will scroll through  the whole drop down list).

A pick list of the nearest matches to you requested will be presented.
You then click on the button at the left hand side of the list for the property you require, and then click the Generate Property Report button.

Once the Property Information Sheet is presented on the Screen you may
print the report.
The original pick list may be retrieved by using the BACK ARROW  of your browser,  and then further selections can be made.
You may also specify a particular LAND USE CODE within a street (click on Help to display Land Use Codes), or search on Surname and  Given Names (or initials), or the TITLE REFERENCE the UPI or the PID. If the system has too little information to execute the search, a prompt message will appear at the top of the Screen.
When searching for a company (e.g. Acme PTY LTD) you must use the Company Name field. This can also be used for people with one name.
When searching via a UPI it must be a seven digit number e.g. 2101234. The first two digits (21) represent the municipality Number (found on the printed map) the last 5 digits (01234) represent the UPI number with a 0 put in front. You may find that this does not return a result due to the printed UPI number being replaced due to the parcel being subdivided or amalgamated. In this case use the Error Report Facility.
You may also search on PROPERTY NAME. This particular field is case sensitive and needs to be in capitals.
If looking for the LANDS BUILDING  you could enter LANDS% thus using the WILDCARD %  symbol.

This will result in the following screen being presented :-

The system has located any occurrence of the letters LANDS, you may now make your selection in the usual manner.
Property  Names are also available on rural properties.
