Select Current Land Title
The following screen will be presented :-

The most reliable access to the Title is to use the Volume and Folio number which are equivalent to the plan and lot number.
However you may use the surname and given names or initials.
You may also use the property address,  but you should read the disclaimer on the Screen if using these criteria.
When searching for a company (e.g. Acme PTY LTD) you must use the Company Name field. This can also be used for people with one name.
If you are unsure of the spelling of an address or name use the wildcard e.g. for strickland avenue - strick% and the select avenue from the dropdown box. This will bring up all the results for strickland avenue and then you can select the correct one.

Whatever you use, you will be presented with a pick list of the nearest matches.
This will show the owner as  described on the Title,  and where a match has been established, the property address.

To obtain the required Title click on the  Select  option at the left hand column.
This will present the Select Documents  screen which will show what documents are available associated with that Title.
